We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and dynamic Team Assistant to join our Retail Leasing team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of our business by providing high-level support to Head of Retail, Pacific and the wider team.
About the role:
Liaise with HR and IT for new starters
Manage calendar of events and lead planning for internal and external events
Executive support will include diary and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking
Provide high quality Team Assistant and administrative support to Head of Retail and broader team
Review, approve national invoices for payment including recoverable codes and liaise with Finance Department
General administration items and other duties as required.
About you:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Previous experience in commercial real estate is beneficial, but not essential
Superior attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks
Superior organization skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communication
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
