About the Role Kitsap Credit Union is hiring a full-time Business Services Specialist to work hybrid out of our Harborside location in beautiful Bremerton, WA. This position is responsible for providing support for the Business Services Program to carry out the strategic plan by managing existing relationships with, and cross selling, to business members. This function includes assisting in all areas of business member's deposit and lending support needs and becoming a subject matter expert for business service product offerings. Quick Facts Reports to: Manager, Business Services Employment Type: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt, hybrid Salary Range: $28.84 - $43.25/hr depending on experience Bonus Target: 5% potential incentive of base pay Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM Grade: 8BC Industry: Banking What you will do * Open and follow up on new business memberships and related business services leads in connection with the small business and commercial sales and servicing activity. * Work collaboratively with the Business Services Manager and Credit Administration to present loans for approval, processing, documentation and funding/booking. This position also provides relationship management and servicing support for these business members. * Assists with managing existing business member relationships including cross-selling business and consumer products to existing business members. * Develop comprehensive knowledge of business loan products and depository services along with lending and deposit regulations and internal loan policies. * Provide support for business services including: business online banking, and all other ancillary product offerings to current and prospective business members. * Assist the Business Services Manager in improving the knowledge of Business Services products throughout the other delivery channels, including supporting the Branch network and Business Development team to provide increased sales opportunities. * Prepare informative management reports on the Business Services origination and portfolio activities.
