Job Description:

• The Lead Mechanic’s responsibility is to provide assistance to aerosol manufacturing production lines and perform maintenance on machines and equipment’s

• Complies with established job safety practices, policies and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for safe performance of the work assignment

• Understand the cGMP compliances as it impacts production requirements

• Must be familiar with repair, preventative maintenance and daily support of the filling equipment, with specific focus on filling, crimping, aerosolizing, capping, and packaging of aerosol products. Ensure product changeovers are done according to the SOP and work order requirements

Requirements for Lead Mechanic:

• 5+ Years Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in an Industrial Manufacturing environment; ideally GMP

• Read Blueprints, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, documentation

• Able to use Hand tools, Mechanical Aptitude

• HS Diploma
