The successful candidate will design, conduct, and interpret experiments utilizing a diverse array of techniques aimed at discovery and validation of early targets in drug discovery pipeline. Responsibilities: Assist in design and implementation of functional genomics screens (such as CRISPRko) for ADC biology characterization. Maintain, expand, engineer and characterize cell lines. Assist in sequencing library preparation and outsourcing. Process data and present findings to relevant parties. Prepare technical reports to summarize findings. Requirements: BS or MS in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical engineering or related field. 2-4 years of cell culture and molecular biology experience in an academic setting or biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry. Evidence of competency in one or more standard laboratory techniques is required. Experience with cell line engineering and functional genomic screening is preferred. Strong data and time organization/management skills with attention to detail is required. Skills including hands-on cell culture, molecular biology techniques.
