Who are we looking for?

• · Automotive parts experience, required.

• · Dealership experience required. BMW experience a plus!

• · CDK experience is helpful!

• · Proven and verifiable track record of success in customer satisfaction

• · General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations

• · Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

• · Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills

• · Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record

• · Computer proficient

• · Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and possess the ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced high-volume atmosphere

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($54,000.00 to $64,000.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
