Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.

• Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.

• Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience designing technical enterprise-class applications.

• Experience prototyping with designs using Figma.

• Experience working collaboratively with and influencing other designers, product managers, and engineers across geographies.

• Ability to lead products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate positions, and advocate designs.

• Guide a cross-functional team and elevate the culture of UX thinking and design excellence.

• Understand cloud technologies, user motivations, and market opportunities.

• Work with and influence User Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, and others in the cloud product area to create a positive user experience for specific enterprise and customer use cases.

• Lead design direction and create storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to guide design and development.

• Present concepts, proposals, and updates to executive stakeholders and translate concepts and interactions into simple, elegant, and coherent design.
