You’ll make a difference by:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the requirements of factory supervisors in the mobility sector.

  • Collect and analyze data from customers and stakeholders to identify specific learning objectives and key performance indicators.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and technical insights.

  • Develop comprehensive and accurate instructional content that aligns with the learning objectives.

  • Create engaging e-learning modules incorporating a variety of media, including real-life videos, interactive elements, simulations, and knowledge checks.

  • Design highly interactive and engaging learning experiences that cater to the unique needs of technical workers.

  • Utilize instructional design principles to ensure content is both educational and captivating.

  • Incorporate multimedia elements to enhance the overall learning experience.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in instructional designing and eLearning development.

  • Ensure e-learning modules are adaptable and can serve as long-term resources for ongoing training needs.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Exceptional instructional design skills.

  • Strong data collection and analysis abilities.

  • Proficient in multimedia development and video editing.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality learning materials.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in instructional design, specifically in creating e-learning modules for technical audiences.

  • Familiarity with railway automation concepts and technologies is a plus.

  • Familiarity with filming videos on-site is a plus.

  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia editing software.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
