Oracle CX Sales Cloud Techno/Functional - Senior Technical Analyst in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

Position is for a Techno/Functional Implementation Specialist, with implementation background in Oracle CX Sales Cloud Applications. As an Oracle CX Sales Cloud Techno/Functional specialist, you will be working both at offshore and onshore client engagements which involves implementation of Oracle CX Sales Cloud modules. You will be interacting with the customer to understand their business processes and map them to Service Cloud Modules. You will be expected to Design and develop solution using Oracle Service Cloud tools and technology to meet business requirement. Create comprehensive technical design document. Unit testing of the solution keeping end to end business flow in mind. Work as part of an existing team and communicate effectively with all the team member and business stake holders.We are looking for following Skills:Minimum 4-5 Years of Implementation experience in Oracle Sales Cloud with strong CRM Background. Total 6-10 Yrs. of experience.Candidate must have gone through at least one full project lifecycle of OSC implementation

• Understand key concepts/modules like Account Management, Contact Management, Lead Management, Campaign Management, Opportunity Management etc.

• Expertise in Job Roles and Duty for Data security and access privilege

• Experience in Application Extension/configuration e.g. create/modify Fields, Triggers, Object Workflows, Global Function etc.

• Should have strong knowledge in Data migration from Other CRM product to Oralce Sales Cloud

• Experience in Enterprise Application Integration

• Good knowledge of Groovy scripting

• Should have knowledge on Assignment Manager

• Knowledge on OSC integrations with Email tools like MS Outlook is added advantageStrong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills.

Education & Experience:

BE, BTech, MCA , MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.

6+ years relevant working experience

##Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:

6+ years of relevant experience in delivering technology solutions in Oracle Sales Cloud space.

Minimum 4-5 Years of Implementation experience in Oracle Sales Cloud with strong CRM Background. Total 6-10 Yrs. of experience.
