We are excited to advance our journey in Ireland and Northern Ireland, with plans for expansion in 2024 and beyond.

In Ireland, along with our JV partner Ryan Hanley, we look forward to continuing our work with Uisce Éireann on the Engineering Design Services Framework, which will see a substantial increase in investment. In Northern Ireland, we are proud to play a key role in the NI Water 'Major Partnership Framework', delivering the improvement of the Belfast WwTP project.

We are currently seeking to recruit a number of positions within our Water Distribution Networks and Leakage team including Water Networks Engineers and Consultants at all levels. In these roles you will use your Water Networks and Leakage experience to support our clients across Ireland and the UK to achieve their leakage and other regulatory reporting targets.

The role will be primarily focused on leakage and Demand Management activities and you will be supporting water companies with leakage strategy development, assurance and reporting, through to programme delivery and Project Management. Additional Water network-related activities may include supporting the creation of smart networks, network calming, pressure management and optimisation, reducing supply interruptions and maximising mains renewals benefits.

About you

Ideally you will have a professional Engineering qualification, be working towards Chartered status and be a member of a relevant engineering institution. Your Water Network knowledge will cover some or all of the following activities: leakage technology, Economic Level of Leakage, Demand Management, water efficiency, leakage targeting, leakage detection and leakage repair. A knowledge of other water network activities such as smart networks, network calming and pressure optimisation, interruptions to supply and mains renewals would also be advantageous.

You will be a team player, a self-starter and an effective and compelling communicator both internally and externally who can build relationships at all levels to create and deliver your own workload. You will have the ability to deliver technical excellence and on time reporting within budget and to support the check and review process for colleagues’ projects.
