The Technical SEO Manager will lead our technical digital implementation from an organic search perspective and ensure our digital properties are optimized for the best user and search experience.

About the Team

The SEO team partner with key digital, development, and product teams across our ecosystem of digital sites to ensure we’re delivering a best-in-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Owning the technical SEO strategy for key digital Zoom properties and partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to drive the architecture, strategy, and enhancements forward.

• Maintaining and optimize the workflow for development, QA, engineering, and design teams to build SEO-optimized experiences.

• Performing technical audits and utilize on-page and off-page SEO techniques to increase page rankings and site health.

• Creating reports and dashboards for organic SEO initiatives using tools like Looker Studio or Tableau, and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.

• Explaining complex technical SEO projects & strategies to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Optimizing website schema to improve rich search results.

  What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on experience focusing on technical SEO, and demonstrate proficiency in technical website analysis and reporting tools.

• Experience working with Javascript, CSS, HTML5.

• Have a Bachelor's in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Have demonstrated experience working with algorithms and complex development ecosystems.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
