Performs IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging, and implementation of applications programs supporting the company infrastructure business processes and operations and/or network-based (cloud) product systems.

Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies, and supports operating systems, database, or utilities software. Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems with automated systems solutions. Analyzes, designs, acquires, and implements projects for LAN and/or WAN systems.

Plans, designs, acquires, and implements telecommunications voice/wire systems.

At higher job levels, may contribute to the development, testing, evaluation, or design of system or infrastructure architecture used throughout the IT solution set.

Working at NTT

  • 6 Years of IT experience handling Cisco Viptela SDWAN and Meraki products - Routing, Switching and SDWAN

  • Minimum of 3–4-year hands on SDWAN experience on Cisco SDWAN/Viptela or Cisco Meraki products (Switches, Routers, Wireless & Firewalls) – both Implementation and post implementation Support…

  • Remote support-NOC experience for Managed Services Clients.

  • Very good understanding of LAN & WAN concepts & solutions including SDWAN.

  • Hands-on experience (administration and/or deployment) with one or more of the following solutions:

  • SDWAN technologies (Cisco SDWAN/Viptela, Cisco Meraki)

  • Dynamic Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)

  • In depth Knowledge on QoS , CFLowd policies and troubleshoot on QoS Policies and protocols BGP,OSPF,VRRP and route redistribution.

  • In depth Knowledge on Configuring Centralized & Localized Policies of Control & Data policies

  • Configuring IKE-enabled IPSec tunnels and configuring security parameters

  • Good exposure to vbond, vmanage, vedge, cedge & Meraki dashboard.

  • Create, Configure & troubleshoot the Future & CLI based Templates

  • Troubleshoot on Service Chaining, CFLowd & Traffic Engineering

  • Troubleshoot the SD WAN policies / network through Vmanage/Forti Manager & Meraki Dashboard

  • Migration experience from non-SD WAN to SD WAN sites & should involve in preparation of template.

  • Debugging / troubleshooting issues such as hardware & operation issues.

  • Tier 2 / 3 Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management of the Cisco products and technologies and the configuration tuning of the SD-WAN

  • Install hardware or software fixes associated with security vulnerabilities

  • Solid knowledge on Routing and switching concepts. OSI layers and TCP/IP.

  • Thorough understanding of Aruba wireless infrastructure.

  • Knowledge of L2/L3 on network security features, including access-lists, firewalls, encryption etc

  • Understanding of Switching & Routing

  • Experience in patch management – OS upgrades of various model’s routers and switches

  • Diagnose difficult network performance problems and interact with application support teams to diagnose network or application performance issues.

  • Execute Network changes & document.

  • Performs various network management and administration tasks remotely.

  • Strong, clear, and concise communications and speaking skills.

Primary skill: Cisco Routing and Switching along with Viptela SDWAN or Cisco Meraki.

Secondary skill: Aruba Switches. Arista Switches. Cisco/Aruba Wireless.

Certifications:

CCNA - Cisco certified Network Associate

CCNP – Cisco certified Network Professional

ENSDWI - Implementing Cisco SD-WAN Solutions

ECMS - Engineering Cisco Meraki Solutions
