ARSIEM Corporation seeks a Graphic Design Intern for our Small Business Innovations Research (SBIR) internship program to support various research development teams.

We are looking for an individual passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience. Interns at this level typically represent college students trying to gain related work experience while pursuing a degree. The intern will be able to focus on various activities and subjects related to Graphic Design.

The primary focus will be:

· Create and integrate digital graphics in support of training content development, business proposal development, and marketing development.

· Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop design concepts and ideas.

· Work on multiple projects, conceptualize, and design solutions from concept to completion.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or higher is required.

  • Graphic design/visual communications or a similar degree program is encouraged.

  • Hands-on experience with developing graphics.

  • Familiarity with Adobe, Canva, Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint), and other graphic design tools.

  • US Citizen or US National

  • Must be willing to work part-time: 40 hours a month/ 10 hours a week.

  • Work location on Campus and the ability to work remotely.

  • For US applicants only – willing to obtain a Security Clearance.

  • Potential of becoming a full-time/permanent employee with adequate salary transition if you can become cleared.

Desired skills and knowledge:

  • Experience with creating interactive graphics/videos.

  • Experience with training content development methodologies such as ADDIE.

  • Experience making infographics for business purposes.

  • Experience conceptualizing highly complex technical concepts and translating them into compelling visuals.

  • Highly organized with solid communication skills and superior attention to detail.

  • Ability to perform independently in a fast-paced environment that includes completing several assignments simultaneously with quick turnaround and numerous revisions.

  • Willingness to learn.
