Progesys Inc. is a recognized firm offering complete solutions for project management and transition to

operations. The company has been based in Laval (Canada) since 2002 and has offices in the United States,

the Middle East, Asia, and Brazil.

Progesys is currently looking for a Project Manager to develop and implement scope, objectives and

delivery strategy for a portfolio of function specific or cross functional projects and associated teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provides input into project priorities and scheduling.

• Manages the implementation of projects in accordance with the approved scope.

• Assists with gaining stakeholder approvals for projects in portfolio.

• Develops and implements an effective stakeholder engagement plan through the life of the project.

• Monitors, manages, and reports all relevant project performance indicators to meet business requirements.

• Develops, implements, refines and improves project delivery methods and standards.

• Maintains relationships with key stakeholders to drive a culture of collaboration, participation and improvement.

• Provide input into and ensures compliance with standardized project processes, systems and tools across projects.

• Manages and develops the performance of the team in line with company's values, in order to achieve objectives.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree preferable, or equivalent experience in Project Management

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Project Management

• Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and processes, as recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI)

• Understand the methods and resources used by functions engaged to perform project activities

e.g., Engineering, Commercial knowledge (Contracting strategy, BD, Client relationship), Licensing, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Finance etc., as well as the deliverables typically produced.

• Strong computer skills; Advanced level capability with project scheduling software (i.e. Primavera P6) and Excel, PowerPoint
