Job Overview: Responsible for working with workflows, test automation and maintenance in support of the development, maintenance, integration, enhancement, and support of the ServiceNow platform following vendor best practices. Responsibilities*: Work with workflows within the ServiceNow platform Build and maintain automated tests for testing of platform functionality via ServiceNow ATF framework based on provided manual test scripts. Works with the team to provide estimated level of effort. Takes ownership of high level / complex business requirements and works them to completion. Ensure all work adheres to the processes, policies and best practices for development and the platform for company and ServiceNow. Maintain updated knowledge of product capabilities to ensure we are best utilizing the platform with minimal customization. Participate in daily standups to report status, delays, and risks to scrum master / team leads / management. Work with members of the team, vendors, and other teams in support of application performance tuning and troubleshooting. Ensure the system maintains compliance with Company's policies and procedures, including SOX, PCI, and data retention processes. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all processes and procedures.

*May perform other duties as assigned.

Quals-- Required Qualifications:

BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field 2-4 years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform, certification preferred Experience with building and maintaining ATF test within the ServiceNow Platform Proven written and verbal communication skills Proven customer service skills with a focus on urgency and accuracy Ability to follow documented procedures accurately Major Skills and Competencies:

Dedication - Involves demonstrating a desire to dedicate time and energy to accomplish goals, tasks, assignments, etc. Will do what it takes to get things done. Problem-Solving - Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, probes all fruitful sources for answers, can see hidden problems, is excellent at honest analysis, looks beyond the obvious and doesnt stop at the first answer.
