Job Description

An employer is looking for a TSSCI Project Scheduler to sit in Arlington, VA. The candidate should have the ability to develop, document, implement and maintain multiple schedules that will be rolled up in to an executive integrated master schedule in support the companies initiatives and goals. They will be utilizing program management tools to identify and track key program milestones across multiple programs including contract deliverables. This person must be comfortable assessing a variety of program metrics and providing reports to Program Managers to ensure support requirements and objectives are being met and managing multiple schedules across multiple programs to forecast staffing requirements and other needs for the project.

Skills and Requirements

Active TSSCI and will be processed for a CI Poly

Requires a BA degree and 4 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 6 years of prior relevant experience.

Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders for updates in schedules, tasks, cost information, and any changes in plans.

Experience conducting analysis on project timelines, performance and identify developing problem areas.

Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling projects using an industry accepted scheduling tool. (Primavera OR Microsoft Project, etc.).

Minimum 2 years of experience in developing resource loaded project schedules. Prior experienced with DISA and DISAs support to mission partners
