Software Applications Engineer:

Analyze and gather business requirements and technical design documents. Develop software applications, web-services, enterprise APIS. Interact with in-house market experts to understand the nuances of the markets, design and development of new applications using several techniques and methodologies such as Refactoring. Work with Object Oriented Analysis Design and use tools such as UML with Rational Architect. Analyze the architecture, design and development in SOA using IBM Datapower and IBM Integration Bus (IIB) along with WTX and IBM MQ Series. Create and maintain the configuration of the Webservice, SOA Modules using JMS, RESTFUL, SOAP. Develop and maintain elaborate services-based architecture utilizing open-source technologies such as Spring JDBC Template and Spring Framework, Jquery framework, Ajax, JSON, JSP, REST/SOAP Webservices. Design, develop and maintain Job Scheduling in Spring. Design, develop and maintain JSP Pages, Command Objects for presentation layer. Utilize requirements specification and develop GUI using JSP, XML, HTML, JQuery and WebSphere. Design, develop and maintain inquiry web service using general purpose filter type and response type with hierarchical multi-layer XSD types. Design, develop and maintain simple object caching mechanism for loading of organization units data. Develop unit tests using JUnit, JUnitPerf. Work on various application servers like Apache Camel, JBOSS, WebLogic, and Apache Tomcat including configuring, deploying, fine-tuning, and monitor the system. Work with Jenkins under the CI/CD pipeline providing continuous improvement to agile software. Integrate DataPower with MQ, SFTP Server for SOA and Oracle 11g Database.

Requirements:

Positions requires a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or related. Job based in Alpharetta, GA but requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
