Job Description: The City of Aberdeen Public Works Department is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Public Works Laborer. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of streets, parks, water systems, and other public infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of streets, sidewalks, and curbs
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist with snow removal during winter months
• Perform routine maintenance on city vehicles and equipment
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of water and sewer systems
• Participate in emergency response activities as needed
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
